5. Add or edit the date criterion:
a. Select Date.
b. Select Next.
c. Select the period you want to search for transactions: custom, today, yesterday, this week,
last week, current period, last period, year to date, or last fiscal year.
d. If you selected custom date:
i. Select Period start date. Select a date from the calendar then select OK.
ii. Select Period end date. Select a date from the calendar then select OK.
e. Type in the start time:
i. Select Hour: Minute:. Type in the start time in HH:MM format and select OK.
ii. Select am or pm.
f. Type in the end time:
i. Select Hour: Minute:. Type in the start time in HH:MM format and select OK.
ii. Select am or pm.
g. Select OK.
Add criterion:
a. Select Account.
b. Select Next.
c. Select Add Account.
d. Select the accounts you want to search for transactions. A check mark indicates you chose
that that account.
e. Select OK. A list of the accounts you chose appears.

Select Remove if you do not want to view transactions for a particular account.

Select Remove all accounts if you want to clear the account list and start again.

Select Add accounts to add additional accounts to the list.
f. Select OK.
6. Select Save as to save the filter. Type in the filter name and select OK.
7. Select View transactions to view the transaction list with the filters applied.
Editing transactions
Follow the steps below to edit the transactions that have been processed on your system. When you
edit a transaction, you are changing the account a transaction was processed against.
