TheSendPro P meters update postal rates and software automatically.
Your machine checks for updates every day at a specific time.
Setting the time checks for updates
Schedule the meter to check for software updates at a specific time every day.
1. Select Rates and Updates from the Home screen.
2. Select Updates Scheduler.
3. Set the time for your meter to check for updates. Select an update time that occurs when your
meter is inactive to prevent mail disruptions.
4. Select Done to return to the Home screen.
Checking for rates and software updates
When you select the Rates and Updates button in the Mailing tile on the Home screen, the system
checks for available updates and downloads (for example, new graphic images) that it finds. Your
system must be connected to the network to run this application.
1. Select theRates and Updates button in the Mailing tile on the Home screen. The system
checks for updates and additional features. If updates are available, the system begins the
download and displays the amount of time required to complete it.
2. Once the download is complete the Install updates dialog screen displays. You are prompted to
install updates.
