6. The left margin offset range is 0.00 to 0.5 inch (0 to 12.7 mm)
Note: The offset values are dependent on the country.
7. Select OK when done.
Changing the color print quality
This option is only available if your system has color capability.
1. Ensure that the appropriate job is open and selected on the Run Mail screen.
2. Select anywhere within envelope on the screen.
3. Select the color print quality option from the list box on the left of the Edit envelope screen.
4. Select the color ink print quality setting:

Good
l
Better
l
Best (slowest printing speed)
5. Select the Envelope material.
l
Regular Wove
l
Recycled
l
Glossy (requires the most drying time)
Ink print quality Envelope material available for selection
Good Regular Wove, Recycled.
Regular Wove is selected by default.
Better Regular Wove, Recycled.
Regular Wove is selected by default.
