All about Receive a Package

The Receive a Package application is a tracking system that you use to record deliveries of inbound
packages. It can be used to:

Automate and streamline the process of receiving packages.
l
Know that a package was received and to help prevent lost or misplaced deliveries.
l
Scan 1D and 2D barcodes.
l
Maintain record of receipts.
l
Access history of received packages.
l
Send an email notification to recipients advising them of received packages.
After you have placed an order for the Receive a Package feature, you will receive a welcome email
instructing you how to obtain your login and password details. This will enable you to access the
Receive a Package feature. These login details should be the same as your Pitney Bowes account. If
you do not receive or mislay the welcome email please contact your local Pitney Bowes office for
further support.
