Setting the WEIGH-ON-THE-WAY® (W-O-W®) Mode
If you have a SendPro P1500, SendPro P2000 or SendPro P3000 mailing system, there are two
WEIGH-ON-THE-WAY (W-O-W) mode settings: normal and precision.
Normal is the default mode. Precision mode allows you to obtain a more precise measurement of the
weight and dimensions of your mailpieces.
Follow the steps below to set the WEIGH-ON-THE-WAY (W-O-W) mode.
1. Select Settings under Mailing on the Home screen.
2. Select Hardware from the list on the left side of the screen.
3. Select WEIGH-ON-THE-WAY (W-O-W).
4. Select the appropriate mode.
5. Select the Home button to return to the Home screen.
Re-establishing a connection to an external printer
Occasionally, you may need to re-establish the connection to an external printer. This can occur if the
printer has been switched off while the SendPro P machine remains switched on.
1. Select Settings under Mailing on the Home screen.
2. Select Hardware from the list on the left side of the screen.
3. Select External printers.
4. Select Refresh Printers.
5. Select the Home button to return to the Home screen.
6. You should now be able to print successfully.
