What to do if Planet WDAP-C1750 is not connecting to the Internet?

If your Planet Wireless Access Point isn't connecting to the Internet, start by checking the Internet connection status in the ‘Status’ -> ‘Internet Connection’ menu of the router connected to the AP. If you had a direct internet connection before, try connecting your computer directly to the device provided by your internet service provider to see if the issue persists. Also, double-check the PPPoE / L2TP / PPTP user ID and password entered in the router’s settings. It may also be useful to contact your Internet service provider to check if there are any issues with their service. If you can't connect to specific websites, check the URL/Keyword filter settings. Try resetting both the AP and the device provided by your Internet service provider, and try again later.
