Tube current
Is defined using the voltage over the feedback resistor measured with a calibrated
multimeter. The mA value is calculated by dividing the voltage by the resistance value.
The nominal x-ray voltage together with the highest x-ray tube
current obtainable from the high-voltage generator when operated
at it’s highest x-ray tube voltage
70 kV, 8 mA
The nominal x-ray tube current when operated at the highest x-ray
tube voltage
8 mA, 70 kV
The x-ray tube voltage and tube current which result in the highest
electric output power
70 kV, 8 mA
The nominal electric power for a load time of 0.1 sec and at the
nominal x-ray tube voltage
1.4 kW at 70 kV, 8 mA
