DAP[µGy*cm²] = S*T*I*A1*(A2/A1)*(D1²/D2²)
S = radiation/mAs (as a function of kV) [µGy]
T = exposure time [s]
I = exposure current [mA]
A1 = radiation sensor area [cm²]
A2 = exposure field area [cm²]
D1 = radiation source to radiation dose meter distance [cm]
D2 = radiation source to skin distance, SSD [cm]
D1²/D2² = scaling from radiation measurement distance to skin distance
A2/A1 = ratio of areas
