Why are the feature keys not responding on my Polycom Conference Phone?

If your Polycom Conference Phone does not respond when you press a feature key, try pressing the keys more slowly. Call the phone to confirm that inbound call display and ringing is normal, and if successful, try pressing feature keys within the call to access the Directory or Buddy Status screens. To confirm the line is actively registered to the call server, press the Menu key, then select Status > Lines > Line Information, and verify that your phone line is registered.
