Why does my Polycom IP Phone display “Network Link is Down”?

The 'Network Link is Down' message indicates a problem with the network connection. This can be due to the network cable not being properly connected. Ensure the cable is correctly plugged into both the phone and the switch or hub. Check that the switch or hub is operational by observing the link/status lights. You can also verify the LAN port status by pressing the Menu key, then navigating to Status > Network > Ethernet, and checking if the LAN port is Active. Rebooting the phone may also help re-register it with the call server.
