Every movement of the Pile Driver, although it is aected inside the operave zone or
construcon site, must always be carried out with the ed Flashing Light on. This light is placed
on the rear of the machine and will auto start when the machine is running see gure 10.

The preparaon for driving of the piles is very easy: the body of the pile is posioned in
an appropriate support, named pile guide bearing, which is part of the pile hammer. It
makes the vercal movement easier. The headstock needs to be inserted in the pile
hammer template. The role of headstock is driving the pile in a precise and fast way, in
addion to protect it from geng loosened from the pile hammer during the piling
phase. When the headstock is inserted in right place, it will be possible to acvate the
hammer and start driving the pile.
