This warranty covers every significant component of the products. Claims under this
warranty should be submitted to a place of business of a İnnosis dealer or other source
approved by İnnosis. For further information concerning either the claims or İnnosis as
the issuer of this warranty, write to İnnosis.
İnnosis’s obligations under this Limited Warranty are subject to, and shall not apply in
contravention of, the laws, rules, regulations, directives, ordinances, orders, or statutes
of the Türkiye, or of any other applicable jurisdiction, without recourse or liability
concerning İnnosis.
In the case that the replacement is carried out at the Customer’s locaon or in the construcon
site, the defect parts have to be sent back to the Manufacture, intact, without any breaking and
without any transport charge to the Manufacture;
In the case that the defect parts won’t be returned to the Manufacture within 30 (thirty) days
(from the date of receipt of the new ones), the company Quantum keeps the right to invoice the
new parts shipped.
The warranty is not recognized:
If other manufacturers approved or recognized commercial components not produced by the
Manufacture, and therefore the Customer has to refer to the warranes released by the
respecve Manufacturers;
During the transport, as the pile driver travels under the responsibility of the Customer;
If the failures are caused by an improper or incorrect use of the pile driver, by the carelessness
or lack of experience of the operator;
If the failures are caused by normal wear-out even if the machine is out of service;
In the case of a belated nofy a defect part due to construcon;
In the case of accidents or in case of circumstances beyond one’s control.
