ASIC and CPU timer error
detected during self-
diagnostic.
• Defective controller
1. Replace the controller if the error is frequent.
[0D05] Self-diagnostic error– ASIC

timer. If the ASIC timer
does not function in the
specified range, this SC
code is displayed.
• System firmware problem

1. Reinstall the controller system firmware.

3. Replace the controller board.
[3003] Self-diagnostic error– HDD: Time out error
When the main switch is
turned on or starting the
self-diagnostic, the HDD
stays busy for the specified
time or more.

1. Check that the HDD is properly connected to the
controller.
2. Replace the HDD.
