Enables or disables the Meter Charge mode.
When enabling the Meter Charge mode, the

for the PCU. This SP is activated only when

Prints an SMC report on the SPs that save
logs.
5990 005 Diagnosic Report Prints the Self-Diagnostic Report.
5990 006 Non-Default
Prints an SMC report on the SPs that have
settings, which are different from the defaults.
