When the readings exceed selected lower P/F, the vice-scream will show “L
FAIL
When the readings exceed both upper and lower P/F, buzzer will alive an alarm
by sound (when the sound is open)
The range of P/F function:
The P/F value scope is -120%~+120% of the current measurement range.
The upper P/F value should be always bigger than the lower P/F value.
The upper and lower values are stored in volatile storage. They will be set
to defaults when power on.
