AX10 Palletizing Solution
Robot comes to a protective stop
during palletizing
Joint limit exceeded.
l
Verify that the joint speed and
position limits have been
configured correctly. Please refer to
the Robot Configurations section
for more information.
l
Decrease the value of the
acceleration parameter in the
Palletizer node.
Error message: "RTDE interface cannot
initialize. Make sure that Ethernet/IP
adapter and Profinet are disabled, and that
no other URCap uses the RTDE interface."
Registers cannot be used in conjunction
with Ethernet/IP or PROFINET when the
following function checkbox is ticked:
Installation > URCaps > Copilot >
Configuration > General: "Use Copilot
to manage a soft speed transition when
resuming from a Safeguard stop"

Update to the latest version of the
Copilot software.
l
Untick the "Use Copilot to manage
a soft speed transition when
resuming from a Safeguard stop"
checkbox.
"org.apache.xmlrpc.CmlRpcExecption:
One parameter is invalid in the fromjson
request" error message
Linear axis may be below home position
(0 mm).

Bring the linear axis above home
position (0 mm) before starting the
program.

Update to the latest version of the
Copilot software.
