It allowsadjusting the opening of the screw singulator plates, which pick up the screws at the end of the rail and bring them in
front of the screw detection sensor.

Turning the screw singulator knob clockwise widens the gap between the two singulator plates, to accommodate larger diameter
screws.

Turning the screw singulator knob counterclockwise narrowsthe gap between the two singulator plates, to accommodate smal-
ler diameter screws.
Best practice for adjusting screw singulator plates:

Turn off the Screw Feeder.
l
Adjust the screw singulator according to the size of your screws; make sure it can be picked up effortlessly by the Screwdriver
using vacuum action.
Tip
When closing the screw singulator plates around the threaded portion of the screw, make sure to leave minimal play to
facilitate the release of the screw when it ispicked up by the Screwdriver.
4.7.2.Rail Knob
The rail knob can be found at the back of the Screw Feeder, more specifically at the center of the back panel. It allowsadjusting
the width of the rail which transports the screws, head up, from the reclaiming wheel to the screw singulator.

Tip
When closing the rail sides around the threaded portion of the screw, make sure to leave a certain play so that the
screwscan be transported freely through vibration during runtime.
