Caution
Alwaysturn off the Screw Feeder and unplug the power cord from the outlet before performing any troubleshooting
operation.
Caution
Should the user experience a blockage with the Screw Feeder, make sure to turn off the device, clear the blockage, and
turn the device back on.

Feeder not ready
The Screw Feeder iseither off or
experiencing a fault.

Power on the Screw Feeder or refer to the Screw Feeder Beha-
vior section.

Make sure that the configuration isset at PNP.
No screw ready
Automatically triggered after a
hard-coded timeout.
The Screw Feeder detects no
screw at the screw detection
position.
1. Refill the Screw Feeder; the quantity of screws may be insuf-
ficient to ensure a proper feeding.
2. Review the Screw feeder adjustments; an overtightened rail,
singulator plate or head clearance plate can prevent the
screwsfrom traveling appropriately.
3. Make sure that the PNP/ NPN configuration iscorrect.
Singulator cannot
pick up screwsfrom
the rail
The screws can circulate on the
rail, but are not coming out from
the front of the machine.
1. Review the Screw Feeder’sadjustments; an overtightened
rail, singulator plate or head clearance plate can prevent
the screw from traveling appropriately.
