LANGUAGE Language selection, German or English
WAITING TIME BEFORE RE-
TURN
Only for 1-axis operation: This is the time that is waited in
automatic mode after reaching an end position until the
carriage returns to 0. During this time, the stylus must be
pulled back manually, otherwise an already cut thread will
be destroyed. Recommended are 1000-2000 ms, who needs
longer should possibly increase this time. irrelevant in 2-axis
operation, because there it is retracted automatically.
MODE LOCK DURING SPIN-
DLE ROTATION
If „ON“ is selected, the cycle cannot be changed while the
spindle is turning. If „OFF“, this is allowed. It is recommend-
ed to use „ON“ otherwise the cycle may be changed acci-
dentally while the spindle is turning.
START-MODE The cycle to be set when starting the controller
DURATION OF STEP PULSE The duration of the pulses sent to the stepper motor output
stage. Normally 4µs are sucient, if required also 8 and 12
µs are possible.
X-AXIS KEYS INVERT This allows you to reverse the operation of the X-axis trav-
erse keys, useful for inclined bed machines.
MEMORYPROFILE The settings can be stored in 2 proles, which can be select-
ed here. The default prole is A, B can be used for special
settings, for example, or when the control is used on two
dierent machines.
Element Description
Impulses/rev This is the number of pulses supplied by the spindle en-
coder per revolution of the spindle. If you use a gear ra-
tio when connecting the encoder, this must be taken into
account. Enter the real number of pulses per spindle revolu-
tion here.
ATTENTION: Changes to the encoder pulses in the settings
are not accepted until the controller has been restarted!
REVERSE DIRECTION Here the direction of the encoder can be reversed. Useful if
the Z-axis moves in the wrong direction in gear mode.
