The parameters that can be set by DTMF codes (using a telephone set) are also
identified by a command ID that is not listed in the para.ini.
Nomenclature:

Port A is the configuration name for the
Telephone port.

Port B is the configuration name for the
Fax/Modem/Phone port.

Port C is the configuration name for the
PC port (through USB or RS232).
