Operation
8.4.1 Zero calibration
Risk of injury due to the actuator stem extending or retracting.
Î Do not touch or block the actuator stem.
The process is disturbed by the movement of the actuator stem.
Î Do not perform the zero calibration while the process is running. First isolate the plant by
closing the shut-off valves.
Theactuatorstemmovestothe0%endposition.Followingthis,theactuatorchangesto
closed-loopoperationandmovestheactuatorstemtothepositiondenedbytheinputsig-
nal.
