6 Loosen the screw of the tension
bracket B.
Refer to step 4 of Section 4.8 Adjusting the
Timing Belt Tension (Gearbox) for details.
Important: Do not remove the screws.
7 On the gear side of the gearbox ,
remove the e-ring using a slotted
screwdriver. Then remove the gear
and timing belt (192) .
8 Loosen the screw of the tension
bracket A.
Refer to step 4 of Section 4.8 Adjusting the
Timing Belt Tension (Gearbox) for details.
Important: Do not remove the screws.
9 On the gear side of the gearbox ,
remove the timing belt (210) .

Replace all the defective timing belts
that are removed.

Perform the assembly with the reverse
procedure.
After replacement
• Adjust the tension of the timing belt.
