8 On the rear of the printer, remove three
screws .
9 Then remove the screw  and remove
the cable cover .
10 Disconnect the ribbon end cable  from
the connector.
11 On the front of the printer, remove two screws  and the screw . Then carefully
remove the frame of the print head assembly .
