5.4.14 Instant heater tea

Preparation
Disconnect supply connections
Dismantle the bean container
Dismantle the cup plate
Remove right hand casing
Dismantling
1. Disconnect the plug-in connection for the temperature
sensor
2. Loosen union nut at the beginning of the feed pipe
3. Loosen union nut at the hot water unit, lift off the hot
water pipe with valve (or valves) and put it aside.
4. Turn the fastening screw on the holder until it comes out
5. Push the holder containing the instant heater against the
centre of the machine and
6. move it out of the bracket in the holding blade, and lift it
up
7. Disconnect the plug-in connections at the heating cable
on the safety thermostats
The connections to the safety thermostats
must not be warped (see safety regulations).
8. Disconnect the plug-in connection at the protective con-
ductor connector
