Operating condition
When the panel door is shut, there is a signal present at plug X13 1.
Symptoms
No signal present when the panel door is shut. “Door open” message displays. The 36VS electrical circuit has been interrupted
by the main relay.

Check the voltage supply (see

terminals on the rear casing
panel:
36 V DC ?
Plug contacts on power PCB
faulty / oxidised
Cable broken or pulled out of
terminal / plug
The switch is faulty
The switch is not sufficiently de-
pressed; panel door not fully clo-
sed
Mechanical defect on fastening
device
Check / replace plug contacts
Replace cable or reinsert it into
the terminal
Replace the switch
Check the switch / panel door and
adjust
Replace faulty parts

Check / replace plug contacts
Replace cable or reinsert it into

Restart the machine
If the “door open” message con-
