Too high a voltage is connected to the PE. Fault in the test object!
At the medical leakage current test, too high a voltage is connected to the PE connection of the testing
device, if it has been opened in the testing device during a fault simulation.
Please perform an enclosure leakage current test, where this fault can be measured.
Printer at the parallel port (LPT1) not ready!
In the menu “Interfaces”, at the parallel port a printer has been selected. Should no printer be connected,
the above error message appears. This message also appears, if a connected printer is not switched on, out
of paper or offline.
You either switch off the parallel port in the menu “Interfaces” or check the condition of the printer.
Switch automatic ground connections:
At a medical leakage current test, some test connections were switched to “automatic”. Now, these
connections are automatically switched alternately to ground and not to ground. Thus, all conditions are
simulated.
The tester still contains results! Do you want to delete them?
This warning message appears, if you switch off the interface COM0. All results in the testing device will be
deleted.
Attention! The test object is still under voltage. No testing possible.
While being in waiting condition, the testing device continuously measures the voltage between L und N,
which discharges the connected test object between these connections. If this voltage is over 7V, this
voltage is indicated in the field for the test time (at the bottom, second from the left on the LCD) and no
test is possible. Before a new test can be started, you need to wait until the voltage is below 7V. If the
voltage is over 40V, the warning lamp will be on, also.
Stop before switching off. Please switch off the test object and continue with Start.
At the function test and at the leakage current test, it is possible to activate a “Stop” before switching off
the test voltage. This message appears at the end of the test and you can now switch off the test object,
before the voltage of the test object is switched off. This is ideal for test objects with integrated PC, because
the PC can be shut off conveniently before the voltage is switched off.
The minimum set value is fallen below!
Some testers allow to enter a minimum set value at the PE test. If this minimum set value is fallen below,
the above message appears on the display.
ATTENTION! Please turn the mains plug by 180 degrees. For the function test and the leakage
current test, the mains plug must be inserted with the correct polarity.
At testers that receive the function voltage without isolating transformer directly from the mains, the phase
must be led through the built-in function fuse. If the plug is inserted in the wrong way, the above error
message appears.
ATTENTION! No PE existent. Please check the PE in the voltage supply of the testing device.
The PE in the mains lead is not existent. This error message can also appear, if the testing device is
operated via an external isolating transformer. If you have further questions, please contact the
manufacturer of the testing device.
ATTENTION! The voltage supply for the leakage current test is missing.
Please check the function fuse. If you have further questions, please contact the manufacturer of the testing
device.
