COMPLAINT

Door will not close
Item obstruction
Check for instrument or a
cassette that is keeping the
door from closing correctly.
Check the door seal to make
sure it is properly seated. To re-
seat the door seal, see Section
9.13 Replacing the Door Seal.
Door will not close - No
obstructions
Chamber pressure balance
issue.
Leave the door open for 1
minute and try again.
Handle in closed position but
door not showing ‘locked’
The door will lock once a cycle is
selected.
Press a cycle button to initiate
the door lock microswitch.
Touchscreen remains on
WARMING UP CHAMBER screen
Band heaters were not on. From
a cold start, the unit can take
approximately 15 minutes to
warm up. The chamber needs to
be above 50°C and the band
heaters need to be at 120°C or
more.
Go to SETTINGS and select
STANDBY. Change unit Stand-by
setting to HIGH.
