Troubleshooting loading errors and operator complaints

Clean water reservoir issue
either water level is too low or
water used is of inadequate
quality.
Press on the icon to confirm
whether it is a water level
problem or a water quality
problem.
If water level is too low: Refill
the reservoir. Refer to the steps
described in section 3.4 Filling
the Reservoir.
inadequate: You have likely
used water that is not steam-
process distilled or is improperly
distilled.
Empty the reservoir and refill
with steam-process water
containing less than 5 ppm total
dissolved solids (having
conductivity of less than 10 μS /
cm).
If you have a water conductivity
meter, check the quality of the
water before refilling the
reservoir.
