When ESC is deactivated:
If the " " indicator lamp on the instrument display screen
is illuminated, drive with extra caution and at a speed
suitable for the road conditions. ESC ensures the stability
and drive force of the vehicle, so please avoid deactivating
it unless necessary.
Steep Slope Descent
When Steep Slope Descent (HDC) is activated, the system
automatically applies hydraulic brake assistant when the
vehicle is descending and the speed is between 8 km/h
and 35 km/h. In this situation, the driver can focus on
steering wheel, and within the HDC operating speed
range, the speed can be adjusted using the accelerator
pedal and brake pedal. If the gear position, speed, slope,
or brake disc temperature does not meet the activation
conditions, HDC returns to standby mode.
HDC can only be used under the following conditions:
● HDC is free of malfunctions.
● HDC is activated.
● Drive the vehicle at a speed between 8 km/h and 35
km/h.
● The vehicle must be descending, and the slope should
be between 10% (approximately 6°) and 50%
(approximately 26.5°).
● The vehicle must be in a high-voltage powered state.
● The accelerator pedal opening is less than 5%.
• Brake effectiveness decreases similarly to all
brakes, and braking capability is also affected by
slippery road conditions (such as icy roads or
loose surfaces), which may result in accidents.
• HDC is activated only when the vehicle is
descending slowly on a steep slope.
• Under certain special conditions such as extended
downhill driving, HDC may be temporarily
unavailable due to high brake temperatures.
Please drive safely. If you wish to restore the
function, you need to stop and wait for the brake
system to cool down.
Activate or Deactivate Steep Slope Descent
In the central control screen, go to Vehicle Setting >
Driving Setting to activate or deactivate Steep Slope
Descent.

Steep Slope Descent can be activated when the speed is
below 35 km/h. Once activated, the Steep Slope Descent
function will automatically deactivate when the speed
exceeds 60 km/h.
Safety Brake
In emergency conditions, when braking is necessary, you
can fully step on the brake pedal to maintain a stable brake
pressure.
• During emergency braking, please fully step on
the brake pedal and keep it pressed until the
vehicle comes to a complete stop. Failure to do so
may interrupt the operation of the Anti-lock
Braking System and increase the braking
distance.
• When driving, avoid speeding and maintain a
proper following distance. Even with the most
advanced braking system installed, it cannot
guarantee injury-free protection during emergency
braking if the vehicle is driven at high speeds or
with insufficient following distance.
• In emergency conditions, it is necessary to
maintain stable brake pressure when fully stepping
on the brake pedal. Even on low-traction road
surfaces, the Anti-lock Braking System adjusts the
brake pressure applied to each wheel based on
available traction to prevent wheel lock-up and
ensure the vehicle comes to a stop as safely as
possible.

During the driving process, in case of brake pedal failure,
you can press the P gear mode button to engage the
Electronic Parking Brake for emergency braking.
