9.2.12 Handling log messages
1. Select which log you want to study:
a) To handle log messages from the GUI, click Log.
b) To handle log messages from the device, click Device log.
2. In the Log level drop-down list, select which type of log messages you want to see.
You see log messages on the selected level and the levels above it. For example,
if you select WARNING, only log messages on level SEVERE and WARNING will be
shown.
3. To manually save the data as a log file, click Save to file.
All log messages are saved, also the messages that have a lower log level than the
one selected above.
4. To delete all log messages, click Clear.
The log messages are always automatically saved as a java log, but when you use the
Save to file button, the saved log will have a different format and you can select the file
location.
You can also save logs from the Device menu.
1. Select which log you want to save:
a) To save log messages from the device, select Save device log.
b) To save diagnostics, select Save diagnostics.
2. Select the file location and save the file.
The Diagnostics file holds information about, for example crashes.
9.2.13 Device files
Follow the steps below to access files that are stored on the device:
1. In the Device menu, select Device files to view different options.
The Device files window opens and different files and actions are displayed in a list.
2. Choose the file to process and click the button corresponding to the desired
action.
9.2.14 User calibration
Follow the steps to use a calibration file to get calibrated and optionally rectified data
from the device:
1. In the Device menu, select Device files, see "Device files", page 73.
2. Click the Send to camera button corresponding to UserCalibration and select the file
to process.
