"Login Mode" list box
The login mode provides the following options:
Local:
The login is only possible with the users that exist in the firmware (u
s-
er and admin).
RADIUS and Local:
The login is possible both with the users that exist in the firmware
(use
r and admin) and via a RADIUS server.
The local user names have priority.
RADIUS:
The login is only possible using the login data stored on a RADIUS
server. The local user names are disabled.
Save
Save your entries by clicking the "Set Values" button.
Note
RADIUS authentication fails
If the RADIUS server configured as the primary server fails, authentication will initially fail.
The request is only sent to the backup server with the next login attempt.

loginmod [L|B|R] Specifies the login mode:
• L
Only user names that exist in the firmware.
• B
Both the user names in the firmware and
those stored on a RADIUS server (local
names have priority).
• R
Only user names that are stored on a
RADIUS server.
Administrator only.
