– Manual configuration:
If you want to create the configuration manually, select the project, followed by the
shortcut menu command Add Device (or Add IO-System for Ethernet networks). Enter
the required information in the dialog box.
Continue this procedure until all the devices have been configured.
The HART server immediately checks whether a HART multiplexer is available at the
selected address: If a HART multiplexer is reached, its properties are displayed.
Otherwise, a message is generated indicating that no connection could be established.
HART multiplexer with panel: Configure the address information for the panel before
you configure the HART devices.
