How to restart Siemens Synco 700 when it's locked in remote operation?
If your Siemens Controller is displaying 'Operation locked Remote operation' and is completely switched off, and restarting via remote operation isn't working, disconnect the controller from power briefly to restart it locally. This issue occurs because remote operation has set the controller to commissioning mode, disabling local operation.
How to change the language on a Siemens Synco 700?
If you selected the wrong language during the initial setup of your Siemens Controller, press the ESC button and the OK knob simultaneously. Then, select the password level and enter '112' as the password (same as international emergency call) and confirm by pressing the OK knob. The language will change to English, and you can select your preferred language from the Settings > Device > Language menu.
