Example of the importance of lower and upper limits for setpoints
4mA is set as the initial value for the active power limitation setpoint and 16mA is set as the end
value for the active power limitation setpoint. If the grid operator sends a signal of 3.5mA to the
ClusterController, the ClusterController then classifies this signal as 4mA because the value of
4mA is set as the lower limit for the active power limitation setpoint. If the grid operator sends a
signal of 17mA to the ClusterController, the ClusterController then classifies this signal as 16mA
because the value of 16mA is set as the upper limit for the active power limitation setpoint.
