Select the group Settings of analog inputs.
In the field Failure tolerance time, enter the desired time interval.
In the field Initial value input signal, enter the desired value.
In the field Final value input signal, enter the desired value.
In the field Start setpoint reactive power, enter the desired value.
In the field End setpoint reactive power, enter the desired value.
8. When using the digital inputs, set the status configuration:
Select the group Status configuration.
Depending on the number of digital inputs used in the column Active, activate the
selection field of the status to be configured in each case.
In the column Reactive power, enter the desired value for the status to be configured in
each case.
9. Make the settings for the fallback (see Section13.5, page70).
13.4.2 Controlling Reactive Power via the Setpoint "cosPhi"
If you select the displacement power factor cosφ as the reactive power setpoint, the cosine function
of the phase shift angle between the current and the voltage is used as setpoint.
Input signals up to 21mA possible
For an analog signal source, the ClusterController classifies input signals as valid up to a
maximum of 21mA. This enables intentional overload to ensure that the maximum setpoint is
reached.
Requirements:
The configuration for the reactive power setpoint must be agreed upon with the responsible
grid operator.
The required parameter for the reactive power setpoint must be configured in the inverter (see
Section13.2, page63).
Procedure:
1. Log into the ClusterController as Installer.
2. In the system tree, select the ClusterController and select the menu Grid management
services in the device menu.
3. Make the general settings:
Select the parameter group General settings > System control.
Select [Edit].
In the drop-down list Operating mode, select the entry Open-loop control.
If you are using digital or analog inputs, enter the desired time interval in the field Time
interval for the output value.
4. Select the parameter group Reactive power and select [Edit].
5. Make the basic settings in the group Basic settings:
