Problem Cause and corrective measure
The ClusterController does not send
any data to SunnyPortal.
The data transmission is incorrectly configured.
Corrective measures:
• If the ClusterController is not yet registered in
SunnyPortal, register the ClusterController in
SunnyPortal (see Section11.1, page56).
• Test the connection to SunnyPortal (see
Section11.5, page58).
• Check the settings for SunnyPortal (see Section11,
page56).
An error has occurred in the LAN.
Corrective measures:
• Check whether the network settings of the individual
network components are correct. Adapt the network
settings if required.
• Check whether the network components are
defective or damaged. Replace defective or
damaged network components.
After replacement of the ClusterCon-
troller, two systems with the same sys-
tem name appear in SunnyPortal.
The system has been registered twice in SunnyPortal. The
new ClusterController logs into SunnyPortal with a new
system identifier. SunnyPortal creates a new system for
this system identifier, even if you have given the system the
same name.
Corrective measures:
• Assign the system identifier of the old system to the
replacement device (see Section11.6, page59).
• In the replacement device, enter the e-mail address of
a user who has administrator rights for the system in
SunnyPortal.
• In SunnyPortal, delete the new system created by the
replacement device.
