LED Status Cause and corrective measure
Status ( )
flashing yellow An update of the ClusterController or the con-
nected devices is currently taking place.
The active power limitation is active and the de-
fault value is above 0% and below 100%.
The reactive power setpoint is active. The default
value is not 0% or the displacement power factor
cosφ is below 1.
glowing red The active power limitation is active and the de-
fault value is 0%.
At least one device has the status Error.
Corrective measures:
• Check the Cluster Controller event log (see
Section9.1, page51).
• Refer to the device documentation.
Status ( )
glowing red Communication with all devices is disturbed. There
is a problem in the LAN.
Corrective measures:
• Ensure that the network cables are correctly
connected (see the ClusterController
installation manual).
• Check whether the network components,
network cables or connectors are defective
or damaged. Replace defective or damaged
network components, network cables or
connectors.
• Check whether the network settings of the
individual network components are correct.
Adapt the network settings if required.
• Restart the ClusterController if required.
Disconnect the ClusterController from the
voltage supply and reconnect it to the
voltage supply.
• If required, assign a fixed IP address for the
ClusterController (see Section17.1.1, page
86).
• If the problem persists, contact the network
administrator.
