・There may be short circuit or open wire of the resistivity
sensor. Replace the sensor.
∗1: ’’Stop” or “Continued” are default settings. The user can change them to “Continued” and “Stop”. For details, refer
to ’’5.15 Alarm customize function’’.
∗2:”AL19, Communication error” is disabled in the default setting. When this function needs to be enabled, refer
to ’’5.18 Communication function’’.
∗3: For air-cooled type.
∗4: The functions of “AL31 Contact input 1 Signal detection” and “AL32 Contact input 2 Signal detection” are not
default settings. If these functions are used, refer to “5.18Communication function”.
