The common command sets the bits of the SRER (Service Request Enable
Register). The common query returns the contents of SRER.
The power-on default for the SRER is all bits reset if the power-on status flag is
TRUE. If this flag is set to FALSE, the SRER maintains its value through a
power cycle. See Status and Events for more details on the SRER.

where the argument must be decimal number from 0 to 255. The SRER bits are
set in binary bit according to the decimal number.
