Persistent Reserve Out Parameter List Definitions:
Reservation Key This field contains an eight-byte value that identifies the initiator.
Service Action
Reservation Key
This field contains information needed for four service actions: Register,
Register and Ignore Existing Key, Preempt, and Preempt AND abort.

TABLE 6-67 for definitions of these actions.
SPEC_I_PT The Specify Initiator Ports bit is not supported and is set to 0.
ALL-TG-PT The All Target Ports bit is not supported and is set to 0.
APTPL The Activate Persist Through Power Loss bit is valid only for the Register
Service Action or Register and Ignore Existing Key Service Action.
■ 0 = The library releases all persistent reservations and removes all registered
reservation keys if there is a loss of power.
■ 1 = The library retains all persistent reservations and all reservation keys if
power is lost and later restored.
