Downloading Listings
There are three steps to downloading listing information before the
listings can be automatically updated on your eKEY during each
eSYNC operation.
1. Logon to the agent website at www.supraekey.com.
2. Define your market area.
3. Perform a manual eSYNC to transfer the listing file to your eKEY.
Defining your market area
You must define your market area in KIMweb if you want to use the
listings feature in eDATA. The selections you choose determine the
listings sent to your eKEY during the nightly eSYNC.
Your eKEY can hold a maximum number of listings based on the fields
for each listing delivered to your eKEY as chosen by your Association/
MLS. If the total number of listings for your MLS is less than the
maximum your eKEY can hold, you can choose your market area to
include all of the listings for your MLS. If the maximum number of
listings your eKEY can hold is less than the total number of listings
available in your MLS you must select which listings you want for
your market area.
Your market area is defined by choosing:
! Classes
! Areas
! Statuses
! Price range
To define or change your market area:
1. Logon to the agent website (see Logging on to the Agent Website)and
click the
Market Area
link on the Welcome page.
2. Selecttheareaswhereyoushowthemostlistings.Selecttheclasses
and statuses to determine the types of listings you want delivered
to your eKEY.Youmustchooseatleastoneclass,onearea,one
status, and you must select a price range for your market area.
3. Once you have made your selections click the Apply button. The
total number of listings is calculated and displayed on the screen.
If the number of listings you have chosen is above the maximum
allowed, you must alter your selections until the number is less
than the maximum allowed.
