1F-17 Engine Cooling System:
6) Apply grease to the impeller shaft.
: Grease 99000–25010 (SUZUKI SUPER
GREASE A or equivalent)
7) Install the impeller shaft to the water pump body.
8) Install the washer (3) and pin (4) to the impeller
shaft.
9) Install the water pump driven gear (5), washer (6)
and snap ring (7).
CAUTION
!
The convex part “C” of water pump driven
gear should face the water pump side.
10) Install a new O-ring (8) and apply engine coolant to
it.
CAUTION
!
Use a new O-ring to prevent engine coolant
leakage.
