• Install the oil seal (3) with the special tool.
Special tool
(A): 09913–70210 (Bearing installer set)
CAUTION
!
The removed oil seal must be replaced with a
new one.
• Apply grease to the lip of oil seal.
: Grease 99000–25010 (SUZUKI SUPER
GREASE A or equivalent)
Clutch Housing Cover Parts Inspection

Right Clutch Housing Bearing
Rotate the inner race by finger to inspect for abnormal
play, noise and smooth rotation. If there is anything
unusual, replace the bearing with a new one.
Oil Seal
Inspect the oil seal lip for wear or damage. If any defects
are found, replace the oil seal with a new one.

:10 N⋅m (1.0 kgf-m, 7.0 lb-ft)
: Apply grease.
: Apply thread lock to the thread part.
