REAR SHOCK ABSORBER DISPOSAL

GAS PRESSURE RELEASE
• Mark the drill hole with a center punch.
• Cover the rear shock absorber with a transparent plastic bag

• Hold the shock absorber
2 with a vice.
• Make a hole with a drill.
(
* The rear shock absorber unit contains high-pressure
nitrogen gas.
* Mishandling can cause explosion.
* Keep away from fire and heat. High gas pressure
caused by heat can cause an explosion.
* Release gas pressure before disposing.

* When making a hole, oil may spring out. Be sure to
wear protective goggles or the like to protect your
eyes.
* Do not bring your face close to the hole position to
avoid the oil from splashing to your face or mouth.
