REMOVAL
• Remove the dust seal

• Remove the generator cover bearing

% 09921-20240: Bearing remover set
"
• Remove the dust seal
3.
% 09913-70210: Bearing installer set
INSTLLATION
• Install the dust seals and bearing with the special tool.
% 09913-70210: Bearing installer set
• Apply a small quantity of SUZUKI SUPER GREASE to the lip
of the dust seal.
( 99000-25010: SUZUKI SUPER GREASE “A”
The removed oil seals should be replaced with new
ones.
The removed bearing should be replaced with new
ones.
