Press the dust seals into the swingarm pivot by using the spe-
cial tool and suitable size socket wrench

NOTE:
Press the swingarm dust seals at 5 mm depth from the swing-
arm edge.
SWINGARM PIVOT SHAFT INSTALLATION
REMOUNTING
Remount the rear swingarm and suspension in the reverse order
of removal. Pay attention to the following points:
Tighten the swingarm pivot nut to the specified torque.
' Swingarm pivot nut: 65 N·m (6.5 kgf-m)
Install the rear shock absorber. (#5-44)
Install the rear wheel. (#5-37)
FINAL INSPECTION AND ADJUSTMENT
After installing the rear suspension and wheel, the following
adjustments are required before driving.
* Drive chain (#2-12)
* Rear brake (#2-16)
* Chassis bolts and nuts (#2-20)
* Rear suspension (#2-19)
