• Install the clutch release arm as shown in the illustration.
NOTE:
Align the release arm slit surface
A with the notch mark
B on
the release camshaft.
• Position the carburetor clamps as shown in the illustration.
• Install the gasket
1 to the cylinder side.
• Install the PAIR air pipe and tighten the nuts to the specified
torque.
# PAIR air pipe nut: 10 N·m (1.0 kgf-m)
• Install a new exhaust pipe/muffler connector
2 into the muf-
fler lip.
NOTE:
Exhaust gas sealer should be applied to both of the inside and
outside of the connector

• Install the gasket
