GENERATOR COVER
• Remove the generator cover

STARTER MOTOR
• Remove the spacer
2, shaft
3 and starter idle gear
4.
• Remove the starter motor
5.
CLUTCH COVER
• Remove the clutch cover
6.
CLUTCH
• With the generator rotor nut held immovable, remove the
clutch spring mounting bolts in a crisscross pattern, and
remove the clutch springs and clutch pressure plate
