SECTION 2
Towing
n Attach the tow strap to the front bumper tow-bar and place the forward/
reverse switch in neutral.
n Use another driver to steer and control the speed of the vehicle, while it is
being towed.
n The driver of the towed vehicle is to maintain a safe distance from the
towing vehicle and use the brakes when the towing vehicle slows or stops.
n Do not exceed 5 mph or carry any passengers while towing the vehicle.
NOTE: This vehicle is not to be towed using a commercial tow truck. It may
be towed either behind another vehicle of the same type or on a flat bed tow
vehicle.
Exceeding the towing speed limit or carrying passengers
can result in damage to the vehicle and serious injury. At
no time are passengers allowed in the towed vehicle. The
only personnel allowed to ride in the towed vehicle is the
operator/driver.
All cargo must be removed from the vehicle prior to towing.
