■REASSEMBLING TRANSMISSION
① Install the input shaft (1) and main shaft (2)
into the transmission case, engaging the gears
on both shafts properly.
② Install the output gear (1) on the clutch
housing. Apply LOCTITE#270 to the threads
of the bolts securing the stopper.
③ In s tal l t he clu tch hou sin g ( 1) o n t he
transmission using a new gasket.
M12: 78.4 N-m {8.0 kgf-m}
[57.8 lbf-ft]
M10: 42.3 N-m {4.3 kgf-m}
[31.2 lbf-ft]
④ Install the thrust washer (1) and bearing (2) on
the input shaft, and secure with the snap ring
(3).
